Refund Policy

This Refund Policy describes when and how customers may request a refund for digital products purchased from madebygrids, operated by Made By Grids LLC, a limited liability company registered in the United States. Because our products are digital and delivered instantly, please review a product's page carefully before buying. This policy works alongside the consumer-protection rights described in our Terms of Service.
1. When a refund is available
Digital products are generally non-refundable
Our templates are digital content delivered immediately after purchase. Once you have received your download link and accessed or duplicated the template, the sale is generally final and not eligible for a refund — there is nothing to "return."
We will refund or fix technical problems
If something on our end prevents you from receiving or using your purchase, we'll make it right — including a full refund where appropriate. This covers cases such as: your download link doesn't work and we can't deliver the template, the template is materially not as described on its product page, you were charged more than once, or you were charged in error.
What is not eligible
Refunds are not available simply for a change of mind after you have accessed or duplicated the template, for buying the wrong product, or because you do not have (or do not wish to pay for) a Notion account. Each product page describes what is included so you can decide before buying.
2. Right of withdrawal (digital content)
Where applicable under consumer-protection law in your jurisdiction (for example, certain consumers in the EU or UK), you may have a 14-day right of withdrawal for distance contracts. For digital content, this right ends once delivery has begun with your consent.
By completing your purchase and accessing or duplicating the template, you expressly consent to immediate delivery and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once access has begun. If you have purchased but not yet accessed or duplicated the template, you may still request withdrawal by emailing hello@madebygrids.com within 14 days of purchase, and we will refund you within 14 days using the original payment method.
3. How to request a refund
Send an email to hello@madebygrids.com with:
- Your full name and the email used at purchase
- Your order or receipt number
- A short description of the problem or reason for the request
We will acknowledge your request within 2 business days and process it according to the rules above.
4. Refund processing time
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method through our payment provider. Once we issue the refund, it typically appears in your account within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your card issuer or bank.
5. Disputes
If you disagree with a refund decision, we encourage you to contact us first at hello@madebygrids.com so we can attempt to resolve the issue amicably. If we cannot resolve a dispute amicably, you may seek resolution through competent legal channels in your jurisdiction.
You retain all rights granted under applicable consumer-protection law in your jurisdiction. Nothing in this Refund Policy limits your statutory rights.
